Saturday Macy turned 9 and she decided she wanted to have a Cooking Party. So I made chef hats for all her friends and we made pizzas and decorated cupcakes. The kids had so much fun and Macy commented that nothing could ruin her day because it was so perfect.
That evening we went as a family to see "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" (Macy's choice) and enjoyed the movie together. Even Tyler sat and cooperated for it until the last 15 minutes.
It was a great day and wonderful to think about 9 years ago when I gave birth to our first baby. No, not a great day, a perfect day! I love you Macy.

How fun! Aspyn was sad to miss it... we had a family bowling party at the same time! Happy Birthday, Macy! December 19 is an awesome day to be born!!! (it was my birthday too! ;) )
What a fun idea. Those hats are adorable. Amazing how fast the time goes. We do need to get together more often. We need another GNO after the holidays.
